The above tweet from the iPhone Wiki’s administrator confirms that hackers at Chronic Dev-Team are soon going to release the SHatter exploit based GreenPois0n. They are not going to wait for Apple to release the iOS 4.2 meaning the GreenPois0n will hit the waves before November.
Recently, Pod2G has left the Chronic Dev-Team which many feared will slow down the iOS 4.1 jailbreak tool development but with this latest update it appears, we can soon jailbreak iPhone running iOS 4.1.
